Terms of Service

Terms and conditions governing your use of the Nuclemize platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nuclemize platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nuclemize provides a composable operating framework for businesses, including modules for leasing, finance, CRM, inventory, and operations — unified under a single platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. Nuclemize does not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Nuclemize Inc. and is protected by applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuclemize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be revoked
You may request export of your data within 30 days
After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
