Yes. You can add or swap business modules at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. You'll never lose data from a module you deactivate — it's archived and accessible if you need to reactivate.
On Foundation, you select any 3 of the 6 business modules (Stay, Ledger, Flux, Pulse, Vault, Ops) when you onboard. The platform layer — Portal, Atlas, Codex — and Scribe are included in all plans regardless. Upgrade to Growth to unlock all 6 modules plus Cortex AI.
All plans include one guided onboarding session. Growth and Enterprise plans include assisted data migration for structured data (CSV import, database migration scripts, or direct API integration from your current tools). We support imports from most common SaaS platforms and Excel/CSV files.
Cortex AI is available on Growth and Enterprise plans. It includes all specialized agents (Property, Finance, Inventory, Sales, Operations, and Synthesis), the daily briefing feature, natural language queries across all your modules, and draft actions via Scribe. Your data is never used for model training.
Yes. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount on Foundation and Growth plans. Enterprise pricing is always annual and negotiated based on scope, organization size, and module configuration.
